Other Comparable Projects with <br />Class 32 Exemptions <br /> <br /> <br />City Response: <br />All projects listed by the appellant did not <br />provide below grade parking. <br />Specifically 707 Bradford and 849 Veterans are <br />in the same flood zone and subject to the same <br />FEMA updates which prohibit subterranean <br />parking for residential development. <br />Similar to 353 Main Street, the geotechnical <br />report for these projects also recommended <br />similar dewatering methods given their <br />relationship to groundwater. <br />Contention: <br />Other categorically exempt projects of similar size and location did not entail <br />extensive grading.
