<br />CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />Seaport Centre Assessment District - 1990 <br /> <br />DESCRIPTION OF WORK <br /> <br />In the City of Redwood City (the "City"), County of San Mateo, State of Califor,,}~, <br />the following improvements: <br /> <br />a. The reconstruction of sanitary sewer systems and storm drainage <br />facilities, including all required excavation, installation of mains, manholes, <br />drop inlets, supporting facilities and the installation of pavement, curbs, <br />and gutters in Chesapeake Drive, Saginaw Drive, PenobscottWay and <br />Galveston Drive; and <br /> <br />b. The acquisition of outstanding assessments heretofore levied <br />with respect to the Seaport Centre Assessment District by the City. <br /> <br />The foregoing shall include the acquisition of all rights-of-way, easements, <br />franchises, licenses and permits and the construction of all auxiliary work and the <br />payment of all incidental expenses necessary and/or convenient to the accomplishment-, <br />of the foregOing and for the conduct of special assessment proceedings and the <br />issuance of special assessment bonds, as may be approved by the City, for the financing~~ <br />of all or a portion of the foregoing.
