They are all of the owners (as shown on the Assessor's Roll, or in the <br />Assessor's records, of the County of San Mateo, on which generaLtaxes are co"ected)oL~ <br />more than 60% in area of the assessable property within the proposed assessment <br />district hereinafter described, and none of the remainder of such assessable property is <br />used primarily for residential purposes. <br /> <br />2. You undertake special assessment proceedings and issue assessment bonds <br />for the proposed acquisitions and improvements described in Exhibit A attached _ her~o::::.__ <br /> <br />--___.___ n__. _ <br />3. You assess the costs of said acquisitions and improvements;-which together- <br />with the incidental expenses of said proceedings are in the total estimated amount of <br />$10,775,000, upon the proposed district benefited thereby, the boundaries of which are <br />shown on a map to be filed in the office of the City Clerk. <br /> <br />4. The taking of proceedings under Division 4 of the Streets and Highways Code <br />in regard thereto is hereby waived. They undertand that in doing so they ae waiving <br />certain rights to protest against and stop formation of the proposed assessment district. <br /> <br />5. They do not waive preparation of a report showing the estimate of the costs of <br />the acquisitions and improvements divided among the lands benefited and the conducf <br />by you of a public hearing on that report after notice to them. <br /> <br />-1- <br /> <br />11278 <br />
