The various permits could <br />involve a Building Permit (requiring engineered calculation, <br />electrical diagrams, and mechanical details, as applicable) <br />as well as permits from the Engineering and Parks and <br />Recreat i on Department. The app 1 i cant shall submit a cost <br />estimate of construction to the Housing and Redevelopment <br />Division. The applicant shall submit evidence of all permit <br />approvals to the Housing and Redevelopment Division prior to <br />any inspection by Housing and Redevelopment Division staff. <br /> <br />A final inspection shall be scheduled with the Housing <br />and Redevelopment Di vi sian after all cert ifi cates of <br />completion have been issued by the applicable agencies. <br /> <br />If revised cost estimates are necessary, they should be <br />submitted along with a 11 requi red approvals to Hous i ng and <br />Redevelopment Division staff. Upon approval of these <br />documents and inspection approval by Housing and Redevelopment <br />Division staff, an approval letter indicting the estimated <br />allocation will be sent to the applicant. This letter <br />requires the applicant to complete all remaining improvements <br />within 30 days from the date of the letter and states that <br />partial completion of the original improvements which are <br />inconsistent with the approved design will void all <br />agreements. If the storefront improvement is part of an <br />overall larger rehabilitation schedule, the maximum time <br />requirement for the completion of the project will be <br /> <br />11.272 <br />
