Details to include: Planting details, pedestrian pavement, time/stone/masonry for benches, <br />raised/recessed planters, edgings, picnic furniture, new play elements. <br />E. ADA Accessibility Plan <br />F. Landscape Technical Specifications (based on City standards) <br />G. Landscape Construction Documents <br />H. Final Cost Estimate <br />Schedule: 8 weeks <br />Meetings: 3 coordination meetings, remotely, via conference call. <br />Phase V. — Bidding Phase <br />The Construction Documents will further refine the Design Development into a bid package and <br />construction specifications for the cost estimator and contractor to use. Client acknowledges that an <br />Engineer or Associate Architect, separately engaged by Client, shall be responsible for coordination <br />among all Design Team members, as necessary, to produce a complete set of Bidding Package for the <br />Project and the Consultant will assist on the preparation of the Bidding package. <br />The Consultant and Landscape Architect of Records will provide design clarification responses and assist <br />in the preparation of addenda during the bid phase, and provide a signed conformed contract document <br />set incorporating addenda issued during the bid process and other changes subsequent to the 100% CD <br />set. After the documents are submitted for bidding, the Consultant will assist the questions with <br />prospective contractors. Contractors will have a maximum of four weeks to submit bid. <br />Deliverables will include: <br />A. Project Construction Documents <br />B. Project Technical Specifications <br />C. Addenda, bid clarifications and RFI responses. <br />Bidding Phase Schedule: 4 week <br />Meeting: Coordinate bid document submittal files with City <br />Phase VI. — Construction Administration Phase (limited scope) <br />Consultant's scope of Construction Administration Basic Services includes the following: <br />• Review construction shop drawings for conformity with Consultant's design intent, evaluate <br />substitution requests <br />• Prepare as-builts conforming to the construction field notes <br />• Provide signed pdfs and dwg files. <br />Phase Schedule: Construction duration <br />Meetings: One site visit, including pre -construction meeting <br />Payment Terms <br />Payment shall be a fixed fee of Fifty Nine Thousand Nine Hundred dollars ($59,900) ("Fee"), Consultant <br />will invoice City for Task Total upon completion of each task, meetings and deliverables of the services. <br />Invoices will be paid thirty (30) days of receipt by City. <br />The Fee has been allocated among the various Phases as follows <br />REV: 04-05-18 JS <br />Page 12 of 13 <br />ATTY/AGR.2018.076/Balmori Associates <br />
