activities and costs for approval by City. <br /> The total compensation to be paid to Consultant, including payment for any authorized <br /> additional services, reimbursable expenses, supplies, materials, and equipment <br /> provided by Consultant, if any, shall not exceed One Hundred Forty Three Thousand <br /> Five Hundred and 00/100 Dollars ($143,500.00) pursuant to the payment terms set forth <br /> in Exhibit "A", entitled "Scope of Services and Fee" and Exhibit "B", entitled "Special <br /> Provisions," which are attached hereto and incorporated herein. <br /> 3. Consultant will complete all work described in Exhibit "A" by June 1, 2014. <br /> 4. All other provisions of the Agreement, as may have been amended from <br /> time to time, will remain in full force and effect. <br /> 5. All requisite insurance policies to be maintained by the Consultant <br /> pursuant to the Agreement, as may have been amended from time to time, will include <br /> coverage for this Amendment. <br /> 6.
