<br />Mr. Charles Jany <br />439 Fuller 81. <br />Page 4 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />There will be a maximum of one round of City staff review/comments for the <br />Administrative Draft Precise Plan and for the Administrative Draft IS/MND <br /> <br />Graphics for the Precise Plan shall rely primarily on mapping and documents available <br />from the City <br /> <br />MHA will attend meetings with the staff, applicant, and public as outlined in Task 1; any <br />requests for attendance at additional meetings will be invoiced on a time and materials <br />basis <br /> <br />MHA will attend public meetings with the Architectural Review Committee, Planning <br />Commission, and City Council as outlined in Task 7; any requests for attendance at <br />additional public meetings will be invoiced on a time and materials basis <br /> <br />Comments on administrative copies of any documents delivered to the City for review <br />and comment shall be provided to MHA as a single set of consolidated comments <br />and/or at a single meeting with staff <br /> <br />Special studies for environmental review (biological, cultural, hydrology, etc.) shall not <br />be required, except for the proposed traffic study, which is to be prepared under <br />separate contract; visual photosimulations, if necessary, will be provided by the <br />applicant's architect from locations and in a format acceptable to the City and MHA <br /> <br />Thresholds of impact for all environmental parameters included in the IS/MND will be <br />defined by the City and MHA during the early stages of the preparation of the Initial <br />Study, and changes to the significance criteria after that point may affect the schedule, <br />scope, and budget for the environmental document <br /> <br />MHA may reallocate time and budget among the MHA team and among the identified <br />tasks without further approval by the City <br /> <br />The City will provide MHA with a listing of past, present, and reasonably anticipated <br />future projects for incorporation into the Cumulative Impacts analysis of the Initial Study <br /> <br />All direction by the Town to MHA to perform additional work or participate in additional <br />meetings shall be authorized in writing prior to MHA proceeding with the additional <br />task(s) <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />MHA looks forward to working with you and other City staff and the community on this exciting <br />downtown project.
