<br />9.2 <br /> <br />Certain Rights Reserved by Landlord <br />Except to the extent expressly limited herein, Landlord reserves full <br /> <br />rights to control the Property (which rights may be exercised without subjecting <br /> <br />Landlord to claims for constructive eviction, abatement of Rent, damages or <br />other claims of any kind), including more particularly, but without limitation, the <br /> <br />following rights: <br /> <br />(a) <br /> <br />To change the name or street address of the Property <br /> <br />(provided that Landlord shall reimburse Tenant for its reasonable costs incurred <br />in connection with such change of address); install and maintain signs on the <br /> <br />exterior and interior of the Property; retain at all times, and use, as provided in <br />the lease, keys to all doors within and into the Premises; grant to any Person the <br /> <br />right to conduct any business or render any service at the Property, except as <br />provided in this Lease, and have access for Landlord and other tenants of the <br /> <br />Property to any mail chutes located on the Premises according to the rules of the <br />United States Postal Service. <br /> <br />(b) <br /> <br />To enter the Premises at reasonable hours on 24 hour prior <br /> <br />notice, except in an emergency, for reasonable purposes, including inspection <br />and supplying cleaning service or other services to be provided Tenant <br /> <br />hereunder, to show the Premises to current and prospective mortgage lenders, <br />ground lessors, insurers, and prospective purchasers, tenants (during the last 6 <br /> <br />months of the Term hereof) and brokers, at reasonable hours, and if Tenant shall <br /> <br />abandon the Premises at any time, or <br /> <br />jr~v <br />¡ <br />
