Addendum: The City Council finds and determines that the Addendum has been adopted by separate resolution. Section 4. Based on the facts in the staff report, written and oral testimony, and evidence presented, the City Council finds the Zoning Ordinance Amendment to be in the public interest and in conformance with the General Plan and the goals and objectives of Article 41 of the Zoning Ordinance. Section 5. The City Council of the City of Redwood City hereby amends the Zoning Ordinance, as set forth in Exhibit A as follows (amended Articles include added text shown in underline ( ) and deleting the text shown in strikeout (example)): a. Amend Article 2, Definitions to add the definition of "Marina" b. Amend Section 3.1 of Article 3, Designation of Districts C. Amend Section 30.4 of Article 30, Off -Street Parking and Loading Cl. Add Article 57 in its entirety to establish a Mixed Use Waterfront District Section 6. If any section, subsection, clause or phrase of this Ordinance is for any reason held to be invalid, such decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining portion or sections of the Ordinance. The City Council of the City of Redwood City hereby declares that it would have adopted the Ordinance and each section, subsection, sentence, clause or phrase thereof irrespective of the fact that any one or more sections, subsections, sentences, clauses or phrases be declared unconstitutional. Section 7. The City Clerk shall publish this Ordinance in accordance with applicable law Section 8. This Ordinance shall go into effect thirty (30) days after the date of its passage and adoption.
