.'
','

::7£/1- .:$

Briefly summarizing the overall account activity, from inception of the Transportation Impact
Fee Ordinance through Fiscal Year 2004/2005, the City had collected $6,695,334 in fees,
and had expended $821,501 on public improvements. The account balance at the end of
the fiscal year was $7,007,316 (including interest income and investment gains/losses).

Alternatives
1. Immediately revise account report and/or the resolution per Council direction.

2. Do not adopt the resolution making the findings, which would jeopardize the funding
and continuation of the Transportation Impact Fee Program.

Fiscal Impact
There are no fiscal impacts to the City. This merely satisfies State reporting requirements
for development impact fees.

~/~

Richard K. HaygOOd.~.
