NOTES (ADDITIONAL WORK) Additional services are not included in our Fee Proposal, but can be provided upon request. GENERAL NOTES Appraisal reports, including appraisal review and furniture, fixtures and equipment appraisals are billed lump sum. All other services are billed on an hourly basis. Estimated cost and hours are based on preliminary information. Variables not known on the date of this estimate or additional project information may impact scope, schedule and fees. The addition or subtraction of parcels may not result in a pro -rata increase or decrease of the budget. AR/WS will reasonably re -allocate the budget as needed with written approval by the Client.
