• Provide Draft Right of Way Certification for approval by the City, in accordance with the Caltrans <br />Right of Way Manual. <br />• Submit supporting documentation along with the Right of Way Certification. Supporting <br />documentation may include right of way contracts, Orders for Prejudgment Possession, diary <br />notes, right of way sufficiency forms, Agreements for Possession and Use, and deeds. <br />• Coordinate processing of the Right of Way Certification with Caltrans. <br />DELIVERABLES (CONDEMNATION SUPPORT) <br />• Draft Right of Way Certification. <br />• Right of Way Certification Binder including all required supporting documentation. <br />ADDITIONAL WORK <br />• AR/WS has included subconsultant Sanli Pastore & Hill to provide loss of business goodwill <br />appraisal services. It is unknown at this time whether these services will be required. If it is <br />determined that these services are necessary at a later date, AR/WS will seek approval from the <br />City prior to retaining Sanli Pastore & Hill. <br />• If requested, AR/WS can provide property management assistance, in the event that the City <br />wishes to secure property or lease property that has been acquired for the project prior to <br />construction. <br />• If other services are determined to be necessary, such as environmental site assessments, <br />title/escrow services or independent appraisal reviews, AR/WS will retain subconsultants to <br />provide these services. <br />• Additional FF&E appraisals can be provided if needed (e.g. City's pump station parcel (No. 10), <br />storage units on Storage Equities Inc. parcel (No. 21). <br />• Tenant consents or quitclaim deeds may be needed to clear lessee/possessory rights, but the <br />extent of this effort cannot be determined at this time. AR/WS will work with the City to determine <br />what rights may need to be cleared, if any. <br />• If acquisitions from parcels other than the City's Corporation Yard (No. 20) and the County of San <br />Mateo's parking lot (No. 23) result in damages (e.g. Parcel No. 21: Storage Equities Inc.), <br />additional appraisal analysis may be required. <br />• Relocation assistance services can be provided for additional parcels, if needed (e.g. City's pump <br />station parcel (No. 10) or the storage units on Parcel No. 21 ). <br />• If condemnation support services are required for more than nine (9) parcels, ARIWS can provide <br />these services. <br />• If negotiating timeframes greater than 6 months are requested for a given parcel, AR/WS can <br />provide these services. <br />AR/WS R/W Support Agreement 1o1/Woodside Project - Exhibit "A" I A-8 <br />ATTY/AGR.2018.091/Associated Right of Way Services Inc. <br />
