Selection of outs'de counsel requiring City's City Council approval shall be sub ect to the review and recommendation of Attorney and such selec ion in all other instances shall be subject to Attorney's approval. Billing for services rendered by such counsel shall be eviewed by Attorney as Basic Services and audits or other intens've reviews of billings, time records, and other documents ~elating to billings and work performed by outside counsel shall de performed I as Special Services. The provisions of this paragra+ shall not be deemed a limitation upon the scope of services prolided, or to be provided, by Attorney pursuant hereto, or otherwi~e to limit the provision of services by Attorney hereunder. 10. TELEPHONES. The parties acknowledge that A~torney has I heretofore furnished services pursuant to I AgreemeJ1.ts by and between City and Attorney dated April 30, 1981, Marcp 26, 1986, and July 2, 1991, respectively (the "Prior Agreements~) and that this Agreement supersedes the Prior Agreements. The parties further acknowledge that, pursuant to the Prior Agreements, City provided to Attorney, and maintained at City's cost, telephone lines through City's central telephone system, the provision of which was, during the term of the Agreement dated March 26, 1986, changed and expanded by City. Accordingly, City shall hereunder, and does hereby, continue to provide and maintain at City's cost during the term hereof not less than the same number of telephone lines or extensions installed under said expansion (to wit: 10 lines/extensions) for Attorney's use. 10
