<br />FXS:d~'- 08/22/96R <br /> <br />(033/70) <br /> <br />Concurrently with the execution of this Agreement, Architect <br /> <br />aggregate <br /> <br />shall furnish City with certificate and copies of information or <br /> <br />declaration pages of the insurance required hereunder and, with <br /> <br />respect <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />evidence <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />commercial <br /> <br />liability <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />( a) <br /> <br />automobile liability insurance coverage, original endorsement: <br /> <br />general <br /> <br />(b) <br /> <br />(c) <br /> <br />(d) <br /> <br />13. <br /> <br />Precluding cancellation before the expiration of <br />thirty (30) days after City shall have received <br />written notification of cancellation by first <br />class mail¡ <br /> <br />Providing that Architect's insurance shall apply <br />separately to each insured against whom claim is <br />made or suit is brought, except with respect to <br />the limits of the insurer's liability (cross <br />liability endorsement); <br /> <br />Naming the City of Redwood City, its Council, <br />officers, boards, commissions, employees and <br />agents, as additional insureds¡ and <br /> <br />Providing that Architect's insurance coverage <br />shall be primary insurance with respect to City, <br />its Council, officers, boards, commissions, <br />employees and agents, and any insurance or <br />self-insurance maintained by City for itself, its <br />Council, officers, boards, commissions, employees <br />or agents shall be excess of Architect's insurance <br />and not contributory with it. <br /> <br />COVENANT <br /> <br />Architect <br /> <br />hereby <br /> <br />AGAINST <br /> <br />CONTINGENT <br /> <br />FEES. <br /> <br />declares that Architect has not employed or retained any company <br /> <br />or person, other than a bona fide employee working for Architect, <br /> <br />to solicit or secure this Agreement, and Architect has not paid <br /> <br />or agreed to pay any company or person, <br /> <br />other than a bona fide <br /> <br />employee, any fee, commission, percentage, brokerage fee, gift or <br /> <br />any other consideration, <br /> <br />contingent upon or resulting from the <br /> <br />this <br /> <br />award or formation of this Agreement. <br /> <br />right <br /> <br />For breach or violation of <br /> <br />declaration, <br /> <br />City <br /> <br />shall <br /> <br />have <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />annul <br /> <br />this <br /> <br />Agreement without liability, or at City's discretion, to deduct <br /> <br />7 <br />
