<br />FXS:r"'- 11/20/96 <br /> <br />(009/72) <br /> <br />Builderls Risk <br />(Course of Construction) <br /> <br />Completed value of the <br />Project <br /> <br />Concurrently with <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />execution <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />this <br /> <br />agreement, <br /> <br />CM/GC <br /> <br />shall furnish City with certificates and declaration pages of the <br /> <br />insurance <br /> <br />required <br /> <br />hereunder <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />satisfaction <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />City <br /> <br />Attorney <br /> <br />and, <br /> <br />with <br /> <br />respect <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />evidence <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />commercial <br /> <br />general <br /> <br />liability, <br /> <br />automobile <br /> <br />liability <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />Builderls <br /> <br />Risk <br /> <br />insurance <br /> <br />coverage, original endorsements: <br /> <br />( a) <br /> <br />Precluding cancellation before the expiration of <br /> <br />thirty <br /> <br />(30) <br /> <br />days <br /> <br />after City <br /> <br />shall have received <br /> <br />written <br /> <br />notification <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />cancellation <br /> <br />by <br /> <br />first <br /> <br />class mail¡ <br /> <br />(b) <br /> <br />Providing <br /> <br />that <br /> <br />CM/GC's <br /> <br />insurance <br /> <br />shall <br /> <br />apply <br /> <br />separately to each insured against whom claim is <br /> <br />made or suit is brought, <br /> <br />except with respect to <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />limits <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />insurerls <br /> <br />liability <br /> <br />(cross <br /> <br />liability endorsement); <br /> <br />(c) <br /> <br />Naming <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />City <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />Redwood <br /> <br />City, <br /> <br />its <br /> <br />Council, <br /> <br />officers, <br /> <br />boards, <br /> <br />commissions, <br /> <br />employees <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />agents, as additional insureds; and <br /> <br />(d) <br /> <br />Providing that CM/GCls insurance coverage shall be <br /> <br />primary <br /> <br />insurance <br /> <br />with <br /> <br />respect <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />City, <br /> <br />its <br /> <br />Council, <br /> <br />officers, boards, <br /> <br />commissions, <br /> <br />employees <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />agents, <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />any <br /> <br />insurance <br /> <br />or <br /> <br />self-insurance <br /> <br />maintained <br /> <br />by <br /> <br />City <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />itself, <br /> <br />its <br /> <br />Council, <br /> <br />officers, boards, commissions, employees or agents <br /> <br />l6 <br />
