SCOPE OF WORK REDWOOD Cm DOWNTOWN PRECISE I'LAN Task 12 Response to Comments KORVE will respond to comments on the draft EIR related to traffic. Responses will be limited to clarification to the analysis and results as undertaken. Response to comments for analysis not undertaken will be discussed with the City and an appropriate response will be formulated. A total of 24 hours is assumed at this time for response to comments. Task 13 Project Meetings A total of three meetings with City staff are assumed. One meeting in Task 1 and two meetings throughout the remainder of the project. The project meeting budget includes time for both preparation and attendance time. Task 14 Public Hearings A total of four public meetings/hearings are assumed in conjunction with this project. Budget The project budget is based on the scope of work as outlined above. We have established the budget at $71,590 to conduct the analysis for the proposed project, prepare the documentation, respond to comments, and attend meetings as noted.
