Mr. ponty has taught finance and accounting classes at Golden Gate University. <br /> <br />Alison Freeman, Financial Services Manager. Ms. Freeman has served as Financial <br />Services Manager for the City since 2000. From 1991 to 2000 she was the Assistant Finance <br />Director for the City of South San Francisco. Prior to that, Ms. Freeman served in various <br />positions with other governmental agencies in California. Ms. Freeman holds a Bachelor of <br />Science degree in Accounting from California State University, San Diego. <br /> <br />Peter C. Ingram, Public Works Services Director. Mr. Ingram has been involved in <br />water recycling for over 22 years, beginning with management of public works projects in the <br />Middle East. His education in landscape architecture and interest in natural resource <br />management led him to California and the public sector in 1987. Since coming to his Redwood <br />City position in 1992, he has focused much of his attention on the issues of water supply. He <br />has been a board member and officer of the Bay Area Water Users Association, and is now a <br />member of the Technical Advisory Committee to the Bay Area Water Supply & Conservation <br />Agency.
