<br />Proposal to Update the City of Redwood City EllU!rgency Operations Plan <br /> <br />F. SCHEDULE <br /> <br />We propose to perfonn the scope of work described in Section D according to the following <br />schedule, beginning with the Notice to Proceed: <br /> <br />Week 1: Kickoff meeting, Data Collection & Planning (Task 1) <br />Weeks 2-6: Emergency Planning Process (Task 2) <br />Response Plan Policies (Task 3) & Communication (Task 4) <br />EOP Template Infonnation Build (Task 5) <br />Week 7-10: Submit draft EOP and final EOP (within 15 business days of receipt of draft <br />comments) <br /> <br />Our Team is readily available to begin work on this project as soon as the Redwood City Fire <br />Department gives us the notice to proceed. <br /> <br />G. CONFIDENTIALITY <br /> <br />The Team routinely works with highly confidential infonnation, including sensitive security <br />infonnation and material subject to the requirements of the attorney-client privilege and attorney- <br />client work product doctrines. We appreciate the sensitive nature of the infonnation that will be <br />generated during this project, and have developed standard operating procedures to handle <br />confidential infonnation. The Team will keep all infonnation, interviews, documents and other <br />material related to this EOP development as strictly confidential and not available for <br />distribution unless otherwise directed by the Project Director. Specific procedures to maintain <br />confidentiality of infonnation include the following: <br />. Team members will be instructed not to discuss any aspect ofthe plan development, <br />except among Team members, without the express direction ofthe Project Director. <br />. All written work products will be labeled as "Confidential." <br />. All written work products and correspondence will be submitted only to designated <br />representatives of the City. We assume that staff selected to serve on the IPT will be so <br />designated. <br />. All project materials will be maintained in locked file cabinets with access restricted to <br />Team members. <br />. Electronic files will be maintained in a restricted access directory that is only available to <br />Team members. The directory will be located in a password-protected portion of Aanko's <br />internal network that is secure from external access. <br />. Following completion of the draft plan, the Project Manager will collect all working <br />papers from Team members and place them in a marked folder in the project file. <br />. At the conclusion ofthe plan development, all project-related materials will be managed <br />as directed by the Project Director. <br /> <br />H.
