3. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to <br />enter into and execute on behalf of the City of Redwood City that <br />certain agreement entitled "Agreement" (form dated 5/31/79) by and <br />between the City of Redwood City and Palo Alto Landscaping Company, <br />Inc., for the performance of said work, a copy of which agreement <br />is presently on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which <br />reference is hereby made for full particulars concerning the terms <br />and conditions thereof. <br />4. Any informality in the aforementioned bid of Palo Alto <br />Landscaping Company, Inc., is hereby waived. <br />5. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return <br />to all unsuccessful bidders, and to the successful bidder upon <br />execution by it of the contract for the performance of said work, <br />all security guaranteeing execution of the contract upon award. <br />-2- <br />0 <br />
