by Permittee for expenses incurred by the City of Redwood City <br />in the preparation of and processing of this permit. <br />9. In the event that Permittee abandons or fails to use <br />the said improvements for a period of one year, or shall fail <br />or neglect or refuse to comply with any of the conditions <br />herein contained, or in the event that this permission shall <br />be revoked, then all rights of the Permittee hereunder shall <br />forthwith cease and determine. <br />10. The terms and conditions hereof shall be binding upon <br />the heirs, assigns, and successors in interest of Permittee, <br />and said terms and conditions shall run with, and be an equitable <br />servitude, upon the above described real property of Permittee. <br />11.
