R E S O L U T I O N N O. 8274 RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING FINAL MAP OF ROBLE MANOR SUBDIVISION, REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA, SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS; APPROVING AND ADOPTING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT THEREOF; AND APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENTS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENTS RELATING TO SAID SUBDIVISION MSR:dp:4/3/79 ORIGINAL MAY 7 1979 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: That certain Final Map of Roble Manor Subdivision in the City of Redwood City, prepared by Edward W. Baca, Land Surveyor, for John M. Hagen and Mildred A. Hagen, owners of record of said subdivision, heretofore approved by the Planning Commission of the City of Redwood City on August 1, 1978, is hereby approved, subject to the following conditions: 1. That, prior to the delivery of said map to the owners of said subdivision and prior to its recordation, the owners or subdividers of said subdivision shall enter into and execute those certain proposed subdivision agreements by and between the City of Redwood City and the said owners or subdividers, on file in the office of the City Clerk, entitled "Agreement for the Improvement of Roble Manor Subdivision," and "Agreement - Roble Manor Subdivision Future Improvements," respectively, wherein the owners or subdividers, in consideration of the approval of said map by the City, shall agree to construct and complete, within the specified time in said agreements and subject to the terms and conditions of said agreements, all public improve- ments listed in said agreements. 2. That, with respect to the above mentioned agreement entitled "Agreement for the Improvement of Roble Manor Subdivision"; (a) said owners or subdividers shall, before the release of said Final Map to owners of record and as a condition precedent to the recordation thereof, furnish to the City and file with the City Clerk a good and sufficient security in a form to be approved by 82'74
