the City Attorney, securing the faithful performance by said <br />owner or subdivider of all work and the construction of all <br />improvements designated or mentioned in said agreement and <br />within the time therein specified, the amount of said security <br />to be Eight Thousand Four Hundred and No/100 Dollars ($8,400.00) <br />and also a good and sufficient security in a form to be approved <br />by the City Attorney securing the payment by said owners or <br />subdividers of all bills for labor and materials incurred in the <br />construction work therein agreed to be done by the said owner or <br />subdivider, the amount of said security to be Eight Thousand <br />Four Hundred and No/100 Dollars ($8,400.00); and <br />(b) Said owners or subdividers shall, before the release of <br />said final map to owners of record and as a condition precedent <br />to the recordation thereof, furnish to the City and file with <br />the City Clerk certificates or policies of public liability and <br />property damage insurance as required by the above mentioned <br />agreement. <br />AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: <br />That, with respect to the above mentioned agreement entitled <br />"Agreement for the Improvement of Roble Manor Subdivision," those <br />certain plans entitled "Site Improvements - Roble Manor," and <br />those certain specifications entitled "City of Redwood City <br />Standard Specifications Dated August 1974," which plans and <br />specifications are now on file in the office of the City Engineer, <br />are hereby approved and adopted as the plans and specifications <br />according to which the above mentioned improvements shall be done. <br />AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: <br />Those certain proposed agreements between the City of Redwood <br />City and said owners or subdividers, entitled "Agreement for the <br />Improvement of Roble Manor Subdivision," and "Agreement - Roble <br />Manor Subdivision Future Improvements," respectively, copies of <br />-2- <br />
