work in accordance with the above mentioned plans and specifications <br />a copy of which agreement is presently on file in the office of the <br />City Clerk, to which reference is hereby made for the full particulars <br />concerning the terms and conditions thereof. <br />3. Any informality in the aforementioned bid of Sierra Lumber <br />Co. is hereby waived. <br />4.
