1. That certain application prepared for submission to the <br />United States Department of Housing and Urban Development for <br />a Community Development Block Grant pursuant to Title I of the <br />Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, a copy of which is <br />on file in the office of the Planning Department of the City of <br />Redwood City, to which copy reference is hereby made for full <br />particulars thereof, is hereby approved. <br />2. That the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute and <br />file the aforesaid application, and all documents, including all <br />understandings and assurances, necessary or appropriate in connection <br />therewith, and to provide such additional information as may be <br />required for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br />-2- <br />
