Sess.), Chapter 2125 of the Statutes of 1961, <br />and Chapter 1658 of the Statutes of 1963 (collectively, as amended, Granting Act); and <br />WHEREAS, the State Lands Commission (Commission), at its public meeting in <br />California on , 2018, approved Staff Report No. , which <br />authorized the Land Exchange and Title Settlement Agreement for the Bradford Street Project <br />(Agreement) between the State, acting by and through the Commission, and the City, pursuant to <br />Section 6307 of the Public Resources Code; and <br />WHEREAS, the City, acting by and through its City Council, by Resolution No. <br />adopted on , 2018, approved the Agreement and authorized the City Manager to <br />implement the Agreement; and <br />WHEREAS, the City and the Commission entered into the Agreement on , 2018; and <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the Agreement, the City has remised, released, and forever quitclaimed <br />to the State, acting by and through the Commission, all of the City's right, title, and interest in <br />the Trust Termination Lands; and <br />Bradford Street Trust Exchange, Trust Termination Patent <br />Assessor's Block ("A.B.") , Lot <br />
