Sess.), Chapter 2125 of the Statutes of 1961, and Chapter 1658 of the Statutes of 1963 (collectively, as amended, Granting Act); and WHEREAS, the State Lands Commission (Commission), at its public meeting in California on , 2018, approved Staff Report No. , which authorized the Land Exchange and Title Settlement Agreement for the Bradford Street Project (Agreement) between the State, acting by and through the Commission, and the City, pursuant to Section 6307 of the Public Resources Code; and WHEREAS, the City, acting by and through its City Council, by Resolution No. adopted on , 2018, approved the Agreement and authorized the City Manager to implement the Agreement; and WHEREAS, the City and the Commission entered into the Agreement on , 2018; and WHEREAS, pursuant to the Agreement, the City has remised, released, and forever quitclaimed to the State, acting by and through the Commission, all of the City's right, title, and interest in the Trust Termination Lands; and Bradford Street Trust Exchange, Trust Termination Patent Assessor's Block ("A.B.") , Lot
