6.1.F. - Page 57 <br />All covenants pertaining to bond, insurance, indemnification, restoration obligations, Breach, Default, and <br />remedies shall survive the expiration or earlier termination of this Lease until Lessee has fulfilled all obligations to <br />restore the Lease Premises as required by this Lease. <br />(m) Counterparts <br />This agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts and by different parties in separate <br />counterparts. Each counterpart when so executed shall be deemed to be an original and all of which together shall <br />constitute one and the same agreement. <br />(n) Delegation of Authority <br />Lessor and Lessee acknowledge Lessor as defined herein includes the Commission Members, their alternates <br />or designees, and the staff of the Commission. The ability of staff of the Commission to give consent, or take other <br />discretionary actions described herein will be as described in the then -current delegation of authority to Commission <br />staff.
