PRC <br />This Lease shall become effective only when approved by and executed on behalf of the <br />State Lands Commission of the State of California and a duly executed copy has been delivered <br />to Lessee. The submission of this Lease by Lessor, its agent, or representative for examination <br />by Lessee does not constitute an option or offer to lease the Lease Premises upon the terms and <br />conditions contained herein, or a reservation of the Lease Premises in favor of Lessee.
