Although these are <br />not "granted lands" to the City, there is State Lands Commission (Trust) interest in and <br />jurisdiction throughout the site. Since this land is filled, as part of the exchange, the <br />State would agree to terminate any residual Trust interests in City -owned lands abutting <br />and landward of the Trust Addition Lands, referred to as "Trust Termination Lands — <br />Parcel 2"). State Lands Commission staff has determined this land is no longer useful to <br />the Trust. <br />
