6.1.F. - Page 3 <br />Bradford Site (Trust Termination Parcel 1) <br />About half of 1.36 -acre Bradford site was granted from the State to the City subject to <br />the public trust for commerce, navigation and fisheries ("Public Trust" or "Trust"). Lands <br />subject to the Public Trust can be used only for certain trust -consistent uses. These <br />uses do not include housing. However, in <br />order to complete this process, the State must impress the Public Trust on other City <br />lands having equal or greater value. <br />Maple/Steinberger Slouqh Site (Trust Additions Landsl <br />Staff and has negotiated for establishing the Public Trust on 2.4 acres City -owned land <br />(described as the "Trust Addition Lands") at Maple Street. This land includes <br />submerged water area in Steinberger Slough, as well as about 60' of shore area. About <br />80% of the Trust Addition Lands is submerged land (under water). The shoreline area is <br />currently used by the Bair Island Aquatic Center. The City has general plan policies that <br />
