234 collectively representing at least two thirds (2/3) of the Member Agencies, have <br />235 approved and signed agreements with Contractor substantially similar to this <br />236 one. <br />237 C. Notice. If either Party wishes to assert that a condition for its benefit has not been <br />238 satisfied and has not been waived, it must deliver written notice to that effect to the <br />239 other party on or before the Effective Date. If no such notice is received, the <br />240 Agreement will become effective on the Effective Date. <br />241 D. Good Faith.
