152 Container <br />153 "Container" means any receptacle used for storage of Solid Waste, Targeted Recyclable <br />154 Materials, Organic Materials and other materials Collected pursuant to this Agreement including, <br />155 but not limited to, metal or plastic cans, Carts, Bins, tubs, Kitchen Pails, and Drop Boxes. <br />156 Container Relocation Service <br />157 "Container Relocation Service" means service rendered by Contractor for any Customer that <br />158 requires relocation of their Collection Container(s) each service day to a location that is <br />159 serviceable by the Contractor's regular Collection vehicles, and that requires Contractor to <br />160 dispatch a secondary vehicle to relocate the Customer's Collection Container(s) to a serviceable <br />161 location. <br />162 Contamination <br />163 "Contamination" means (i) all materials other than those defined as Targeted Recyclable <br />164 Materials that were Collected by Contractor with Single -Stream or Source Separated Targeted <br />165 Recyclable Materials; (ii) all materials other than those defined as Plant Materials Collected by <br />166 Contractor with Plant Materials; or (iii) all materials other than those defined as Organic <br />167 Materials Collected by Contractor with Organic Materials. <br />168 Contamination Level <br />169 "Contamination Level" means the percentage of Contamination in the Targeted Recyclable <br />170 Materials, Plant Materials, or Organic Materials Collected by Contractor, which shall be <br />171 calculated as the Tonnage of Contaminated Material or residual divided by the Tonnage of all <br />172 the specific material Collected. <br />173 Contamination Measurement Procedure <br />174 "Contamination Measurement Procedure" means the procedure the SBWMA will use to <br />175 determine the Contamination Level of loads of Targeted Recyclable Materials, Plant Materials, <br />176 or Organic Materials Collected by Contractor and delivered to the Designated Transfer and <br />177 Processing Facility. <br />178 Contractor <br />179 "Contractor" means Recology San Mateo County. <br />180 Contractor's Compensation <br />181 "Contractor's Compensation" means the monetary compensation owed to Contractor in return <br />182 for providing services in accordance with this Agreement as described in Article 11 and <br />183 Attachment K. <br />184 Contractor Pass -Through Costs <br />185 "Contractor Pass -Through Costs" means regulatory agency fees, interest expense, Member <br />186 Agency -specific changes to the Agreement, and Cap Carry Forward amounts, as described <br />187 under the heading "Contractor Pass -Through Costs" in Table 1 of Attachment K. <br />188 County <br />189 "County" means the County of San Mateo. <br />Franchise Agreement for Collection Services with Recology San Mateo County Attachment A <br />City of Redwood City Definitions <br />REV: 03-16-18 MI Page 5 of 18 <br />ATTY/AGR.2018.054/Recology of San Mateo <br />
