ATTACHMENT H <br />DELINQUENT PAYMENT POLICY <br />Delinquent Payment <br />Single -Family Residential Customers will be considered delinquent sixty (60) Days <br />after start of the quarter in which Collection services are provided by Contractor and <br />Multi -Family Dwelling and Commercial Customers will be considered delinquent <br />thirty (30) Days after payment is due to Contractor. <br />Contractor may assess a late fee, at a Rate not to exceed twenty-five percent (25%) <br />of the unpaid balance of Single -Family Residential Customers Bills, and at a Rate <br />not to exceed ten percent (10%) of the balance for Multi -Family Residential and <br />Commercial Customers, monthly if payment is not received by Contractor within <br />thirty (30) Days after the account becomes delinquent. Contractor must provide all <br />delinquent Accounts with written notice of its intent to assess late fees at least <br />fifteen (15) Days prior to such assessment. <br />Contractor may discontinue service to any Account, if payment is not received by <br />Contractor within thirty (30) Days after the Account becomes delinquent. Contractor <br />must provide all delinquent Accounts with written notice of its intent to discontinue <br />service at least thirty (30) Days prior to such discontinuance.
