Complaints of <br />Failure to <br />Clean Up <br />Spills of <br />Discarded <br />Materials <br />Acceptable Performance Level <br />The number of "excessive noise <br />Complaints" shall be less than or equal to <br />sixty (60) per month for the SBW MA <br />Service Area.
