2976 8.08 COMMUNICATION AND COOPERATION WITH AGENCY AND SBWMA <br />2977 A. Communications. The Contractor's general manager shall have e-mail capabilities <br />2978 to enable the Agency, SBWMA, and the Contractor's general manager to <br />2979 communicate via e-mail. Contractor's general manager shall respond to Agency <br />2980 and SBWMA email correspondence within twenty-four (24) hours. <br />2981 B. Monthly Meetings. Upon request from Agency, beginning on the Commencement <br />2982 Date, and then on a monthly basis thereafter, Contractor shall meet with the Agency <br />2983 and SBWMA to discuss progress of each active diversion program, quality, and <br />2984 reliability of Collection services, and compliance with the terms of the Agreement. <br />2985 SBWMA may attend and participate in these meetings. At each monthly meeting, <br />2986 the Agency, Contractor, and SBWMA, if attending, shall have the opportunity to <br />2987 present and discuss proposed changes in service such as changing program <br />2988 requirements or modifying Collection methods. <br />2989 C. Inspection by Agency. Agency shall have the right, but not the obligation, to <br />2990 observe and inspect all of the Contractor's operations under this Agreement. In <br />2991 connection therewith, Agency and SBWMA shall have the right to enter facilities <br />2992 used by Contractor during operating hours, speak to any of Contractors employees, <br />2993 and receive cooperation from such employees in response to inquiries. In addition, <br />2994 upon reasonable notice and without interference with Contractor's operations, <br />2995 Agency and SBWMA may review and copy any of Contractors operational and <br />2996 business records related to this Agreement. If Agency or SBWMA so requests, <br />2997 Contractor shall make specified personnel available to accompany Agency and <br />2998 SBWMA employees on inspections and shall provide electronic copies of records <br />2999 stored in electronic media. <br />3000 8.09 COOPERATION WITH DESIGNATED TRANSFER AND PROCESSING FACILITY <br />3001 OPERATOR <br />3002 A. Communications. If requested by SBWMA, the Contractor shall meet with the <br />3003 SBWMA and Operator at least once each month to discuss issues related to the <br />3004 interaction of operations between Contractor and Operator including, but not limited <br />3005 to: <br />3006 1. Traffic flow; <br />3007 2. Vehicle weighing procedures; <br />3008 3. Targeted Recyclable Materials and Organic Materials Contamination; <br />3009 4. Hazardous Waste screening and safety policies; <br />3010 5. Receiving hours; <br />3011 6. Billing and payment of gate fees for delivery of materials; <br />3012 7. Vehicle parking; <br />3013 8. Employee facilities; and, <br />3014 9.
