EXHIBIT "B" <br />Terms: <br />Consultant shall work a minimum of 20 hours per week and be available two days a <br />week at City Hall and other days as needed. <br />Consultant's services will be billed on the basis of hourly rate of $175. Mileage to <br />attend required meetings is billed at $0.545 cents per mile. Consultant will not bill <br />for travel time and expenses to and from City Hall. <br />If permitted, consultant may use City vehicles for attendance at meetings outside <br />City Hall. <br />Out-of-pocket expenses for materials, meeting registrations, etc. shall be approved in <br />advance by the City Manager and/or Assistant City Manager/Community Development <br />Director and/or Deputy City Manager. <br />ATTY/AGR/2018.117/LESLIE PARKS <br />REV: 06-08-18 RL Page 10 of 10 <br />
