Terms: <br />Consultant shall work a minimum of 20 hours per week and be available two days a <br />week at City Hall and other days as needed. <br />Consultant's services will be billed on the basis of hourly rate of $175. Mileage to <br />attend required meetings is billed at $0.545 cents per mile. Consultant will not bill for <br />travel time and expenses to and from City Hall. <br />If permitted, consultant may use City vehicles for attendance at meetings outside City <br />Hall. <br />Out-of-pocket expenses for materials, meeting registrations, etc. shall be approved in <br />advance by the City Manager and/or Assistant City Manager/Community Development <br />Director and/or Deputy City Manager <br />REV: 10-30-18 VR <br />Page 5 of 5 <br />ATTY/AGR.Amend No. 1 /Leslie Parks <br />
