ORIGINAL <br />AMENDMENT NO.2 TO EXTEND THE AGREEMENT <br />FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES <br />Leslie Parks <br />This Amendment No. 2 is entered into and effective as of the 1st day of April, <br />2019, extending the agreement dated June 11, 2018 (the "Agreement") by and between <br />the City of Redwood City, a charter city and municipal corporation of the State of <br />California ("City"), and Leslie Parks ("Consultant") (collectively, the "Parties"). <br />RECITALS <br />A. On June 11, 2018 the Parties executed Agreement for Professional Services <br />("Original Agreement'); and <br />B. On November 8, 2018, the Parties executed Amendment No. 1 to extend and <br />amend Agreement for Professional Services ("Amendment No. 1 "). <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of these recitals and the mutual covenants <br />contained herein, the Parties agree as follows: <br />1. The Agreement, as may have been amended from time to time, is hereby <br />extended for a period of two months ending on May 31, 2019. <br />2. All other provisions of the Agreement, as may have been amended from <br />time to time, shall remain in full force and effect. <br />3. All requisite insurance policies to be maintained by the Consultant <br />pursuant to the Agreement, as may have been amended from time to time, shall include <br />coverage for this Amendment. <br />4.
