Public Comment: <br /> Rudy Luca asked for clarification on the revisions to posted speed limits. <br /> <br /> Traffic Engineer Haygood responded that the only substantive revisions to posted <br /> speed limits are on Stafford Street, being reduced from 35 to 30 mph; Emerald Hill <br /> Road, between Farm Hill Road and Jefferson, deleting 30 to 25 mph. The current <br /> segment of Alameda de las Pulgas between Brewster and Whipple have no <br /> speeds posted at this time. <br /> <br /> M/S Pierce/Ruskin to delete item 20.44.A and reintroduce AN ORDINANCE AMENDING <br /> SECTIONS 20.44, 20.45 AND 20.45.1 OF CHAPTER 20, ARTICLE IV OF THE <br /> MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY TO UPDATE THE LEGAL <br /> SPEED LIMIT ON VARIOUS DESIGNATED STREETS (first reading and introduction on <br /> July 15, 2002); <br /> <br /> The motion passed by a majority roll call vote with Mayor Claire abstaining. <br /> MINUTE ORDER 02-229 <br /> Mayor Claire returned to the dais <br /> <br /> 9.
