REPORT <br /> To the Honorable Mayor and City Council <br /> From the City Manager <br /> <br />August 26, 2002 <br /> <br />Subject <br />Final Acceptance - Pacific Shores Developments: 1) Lot 11; 2) Lots A-H; 3) Pacific <br />Shores Subdivision Improvements, and 4) Seaport Boulevard North of Seaport Court <br />(including Frontage Road) <br /> <br />Recommendation <br />Accept each of the following Pacific Shores-Development improvements: <br /> <br /> 1. Lot 11 located at 1600 Seaport Boulevard (Fitness Center); <br /> <br /> 2. Lots A-H, which are the common landscape areas; <br /> <br /> 3. Pacific Shores Center Subdivision, Which includes a circular roadway portion of <br /> Seaport Boulevard, water, sewer, and storm drain systems; <br /> <br /> 4.
