Backgrou nd <br /> Based on the above dates and resolution numbers, the City Council approved the <br /> improvement agreements for (1) Pacific Shores Development Lot 11, which includes a <br /> Fitness Center; (2) Lots A-H, which are common landscape areas, and include a <br /> waterfront park, playfields, and walkways along the Bay; (3) Pacific Shores Center <br /> Subdivision Improvements, which include a new storm, water and sewer systems, storm <br /> and sewer pump stations, sidewalk and roadway, and (4) Seaport Boulevard North of <br /> Seaport Court (including the Frontage Road) including new storm drainage, traffic <br /> signal, roadway, lighting, and landscaping. <br /> <br />The Developer, Pacific Shores Development, LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability <br />Company, has completed the construction of the improvements in accordance with the- <br />various agreements, the plans and specifications, and to the satisfaction of Engineering <br />and Construction Services. <br /> <br />The developer provided a Faithful Performance Bond and a Labor & Materials Bond for <br />each of the abovementioned improvement projects, which can now be released. <br /> <br />Fiscal Impacts <br />Upon acceptance of each of the abovementioned improvement projects, the City and <br />the Developer will be responsible for the maintenance of each of their respective <br />improvements, per the Subdivision Agreements. The City's facilities include sidewalks, <br />roadway, curbs, gutters, signs, striping, and traffic signals on the portion of Seaport <br />Boulevard north of Seaport Court up to the entrance into Pacific Shores; and all water, <br />sewer, and storm drain systems including the sewer and storm drain pump stations <br />within the Public Service Easements.
