REV: 06-15-18 VR <br />Page 14 of 14 <br />Additional Services <br />Certain items of work are not included in basic services but can be performed as additional services if required. These items include, but are not necessarily limited to the following: <br />1. Bid and Construction Administration phases. <br />2. Expedited Schedule, including fast-tracked, multiple early bid and construction packages. Including phased construction documents, beyond those phases identified in Exhibit FF, requiring issuance of separate multiple packages. <br />3. Providing out-of-town travel in addition to that specified. <br />4. Providing professional renderings or models, and ELS effort required to coordinate with special rendering for model-making consultants. <br />5. Building code variances or modifications, if required, will be provided as an additional service. <br />6. Preparing Project Record Drawings, As-Built Drawings, and/or As-Built BIM documentation. <br />7. Design and engineering of any new gas service by PG&E or other gas utility. <br />8. Commissioning services, “enhanced” or otherwise, for LEED or building. <br />9. Design and engineering for relocation of the high voltage power lines, including the undergrounding of such utilities and/or related design and engineering for shared and joint trenches for such utilities. <br />10. Responding to or making revisions due to peer review or other comments if out of sequence with the design schedule, except for those comments that identify missing scope, coordination errors, or code violations. <br />Suspension/Extension/Completion <br />If the project is suspended for more than three months or if either the Design Development or Construction Documents phases are extended by more than three months, fees could be subject to renegotiation to consider the additional cost of working in a later time period. Basic services end on the scheduled completion date. Effort beyond this date could be subject to additional services. <br />Exclusions <br />The following items of work are excluded: <br />1. Removal of hazardous materials. <br />2. Site, boundary, utility and topographic survey. <br />3. Geotechnical analysis and soils report. <br />4. Obtaining and paying for construction permits. <br />5.
