Requirements for Obtaining Concessions, Incentives, or Parking Modifications <br />1. Number of Concessions. Concessions or incentives are permitted by state law as shown in <br />Table 32.19(b) (Concessions and Incentives). <br />2. Process for Requesting. A request for a concession, incentive, or parking modification <br />must be submitted in writing as part of the application process specified in Section <br />32.19f -.Dl (Submittal Requirements and Review Process).
