EXHIBIT "A" SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE Microfiche, Microfilm and Aperture Cards To cover the costs for the completion of digitizing the microfiche, microfilm and aperture cards, an additional cost of $85,110.95, in addition to the previously approved amount of $108,258.30, shall be paid by the City for a total amount of $193,369.25. Document Scanning: Police Department Approximately 30,000 to 40,000 pages of police department paper documents will be scanned to PDF and indexed by case number and address. The estimated time of completion is 2-3 months with an estimated cost of $13,096.00. Document Scanning: Engineering Division Approximately two (2) block books will be scanned and indexed by block book number and page number. The estimated completion is 2-3 months with an estimated cost of $3,250.55 Document Scanning: Building and Planning Divisions Project plans of various sizes located in the Building and Planning Divisions will be scanned and indexed by permit number and address. The estimated completion is 2-3 months with an estimated cost of $18,499.41 Estimated Project Completion Timeframe All work described in the scope of services shall be complete by February 29, 2020.
