REPORT To the Honorable Mayor and .C..,ty Council <br /> From the C~ty Manager <br /> <br /> September 9, 2002 <br /> <br /> Subject <br /> Amendment to the Agreement for Professional Consultant Engineering Services for the <br /> Hydraulic Analysis of the Redwood Shores Lagoon System. <br /> <br /> Recommendation <br /> Amend language in the approved agreement with Camp Dresser McKee, Inc. (CDM) of <br /> Walnut Creek, California, for providing consultant engineering services for the Hydraulic <br /> Analysis of the Redwood Shores Lagoon System. <br /> <br /> Background <br /> The original agreement with the consultant was approved by City Council on July 15, <br /> 2002. The consultant has recently revised their insurance requirements, and at the <br /> direction of their legal department, requested changes to be made to our original <br /> agreement.
