AND AUTHORIZING RECORDATION THEREOF <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain document entitled "Release and Relinquishment of <br /> Easement," a copy of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy <br /> reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved by <br /> the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> That certain easement created by the document entitled "Grant of <br /> Temporary Construction Easement and Consent (Seaport Boulevard <br /> Construction)," provided by Cargill, Inc., approved by the Council of the City of <br /> Redwood City on August 14, 2000, and recorded with the Recorder's Office of <br /> the County of San Mateo as instrument No. 2000-125058 is hereby released and <br /> relinquished. <br /> <br /> The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to record the Release <br /> and Relinquishment of Easement with the Recorder's Office of the County of <br /> San Mateo, California. <br /> <br /> F:AttyFXS/Reso/Reso.1329 <br /> 08/2!/02 <br /> <br /> <br />
