<br />Page 4 <br /> <br />Staff then grouped the comments under major headings and listed the comments as <br />subcategories under each major heading. The major headings are different for each of <br />the two nights, as the comments helped to develop the categories, so that we were not <br />forcing any particular categories. The participants reviewed and approved of the <br />headings and subcategories that were listed below each heading. <br /> <br />Each participant was given five dots to vote for those items that they felt were most <br />important. They could put all dots on one item or vote for several items. Participants <br />could vote for the major heading i.e. water, or they could vote for the individual <br />subcategory i.e. recycled water if they felt they wanted to be more specific. <br /> <br />Staff has tallied the votes and they are provided unfiltered under Attachment B. We <br />have tried to provide the information to you in big picture view as well as provide the <br />detail. Therefore, you will see the total number of votes each major category received, <br />including the votes to the subcategories within that heading. You will also see the <br />number of individuals votes each subcategory or individual heading received. Finally, <br />you will be able to see the voting results from each night separately. <br /> <br />As we always strive to improve and learn, we asked the participants to complete an <br />evaluation for the meeting, which you will find under Attachment C. Generally the <br />comments are very positive, and the participants really appreciated the opportunity to <br />share their thoughts.
