MINUTE ORDER 02-225 <br /> <br />CONVENE TO THE JOINT MEETING OF THE GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT <br />BOARD AND COUNCIL <br /> <br /> B. GID 1-64 Development Agreement Extension: (511) <br /> <br /> Senior Civil Engineer Chang stated that this agreement extension is the same <br /> concept as the 60 day extension approved approximately two months ago. He <br /> further stated that due to the complexity of different parties involved and difficulties <br /> involved in the 3-year extension, the 60 day extension is required in order to keep <br /> the agreement in place. <br /> <br /> Mayor Claire opened the public hearing. <br /> <br /> M/S Ruskin /Howard to close the public hearing.
