Contractor shall review work and submittals of all sub -tier designers, vendors, suppliers, and <br />subcontractors for conformance with the Work of this section. <br />4. City reserves right to review Contractor's Work for conformance with these specifications. <br />Where City determines Work does not conform, City may direct Contractor to implement <br />changes satisfactory to City. <br />B. Future System Expansion: <br />1. Parking equipment and CMS shall be easily expandable to accommodate additional garages, pay <br />stations, features and configurations. Installed PARCS shall be capable of, but not limited to, <br />expansions/enhancements listed below: <br />a. integration with the real-time parking app Parker" (wwwst�6��tine.corn) <br />b. Integration with real-time parking information signs (vendor to be determined) <br />c. Integration with parking guidance systems (PGS) (vendor to be determined). <br />C. Work Included: <br />1. Design, fabricate, deliver, and install all new parking system equipment as described in this <br />Section. This includes the new pay stations, entry stations, exit credit card stations, parking <br />gates, validators, cameras, CMS and related equipment. <br />2. Comply with all applicable Federal, State and Local laws, codes and standards and Americans <br />with Disabilities Act. <br />3. Review plans and specifications to be certain that all functional requirements, as described, <br />are provided with equipment to be supplied. <br />4. Provide all submittals as specified herein. <br />5. Coordinate final and precise layout of pay stations. <br />6. Provide and install all necessary network equipment, electronics and related equipment for <br />communication network and intercom system. <br />7. Attend periodic meetings, provide written schedules as requested, and coordinate and <br />schedule work with City staff. <br />8. Test equipment in accordance with Part 3 — Execution of the PARCS Technical Specification. <br />9. Provide operating manuals, maintenance manuals, spare parts, stock items and training <br />sessions as specified herein. <br />10. Provide City all information about communication/internet security requirements for credit <br />card and cell/smart phone processing within four weeks after notice to proceed. The credit <br />card processing/clearinghouse interface shall be compatible with the City's current credit card <br />processor - Wells Fargo Bank. <br />11. Upon written notice by the City Engineer, the City may elect to have the Contractor install the <br />closed circuit television (CCTV) system and all necessary supporting infrastructure (e.g. <br />conduits, wiring) for one or both parking garages.
