Provide thermal printers. <br />15. Store data that is accessible by parking operator and/or City in a read-only format. <br />The System should also be scalable and flexible enough to accommodate different parking facility <br />types, sizes and operating requirements. <br />C. Innovation and System Integration <br />The system must also: <br />1. Provide a PARCS that is capable of setting multiple fee and rate tables by facility to meet <br />with the needs of the City's parking program. <br />2. PARCS should be able to add cameras to the system and not through future integration at <br />an additional cost. <br />D. Software <br />PARCS software shall be capable of providing varying fees and rate tables on a facility -by - <br />facility basis and communicate real-time occupancy information to the existing ParkWO app <br />and a future Parking Guidance System (PGS). Security measures must be in place to prevent <br />rates from being changed without authorization. <br />The PARCS will provide the following: <br />1. Full integration with all revenue -control devices, data processing, central control, and <br />communications functions throughout the City's parking facilities. Including all field devices <br />(Entry, Exit, POF, Cashier Stations). <br />2. Communicate and track information in as close to real time as possible at both the facility <br />level and back to the CMS, and Parking Guidance System. <br />3. Send alerting information. <br />4. Integrate additional external CCTV to work in unison with the facility servers and the <br />PARCS Central Monitoring Station (CMS) and certify that the camera system can be <br />expanded upon by simply adding additional cameras to the system and not through future <br />integration at an additional cost. <br />5. Remote vend exception transactions (lost tickets or other). <br />6.
