6.2.D. - Page 3 <br />ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW <br />Caltrans determined that the 2014 Overlay Project meets the NEPA exclusion criteria as <br />set forth in 23 CFR 771.117(d)(1). The City of Redwood City determined that the 2014 <br />Overlay Project meets the CEQA exemption criteria as set forth in Sections 15301, <br />("Existing Facilities") and 15304 ("Minor Alterations to Land").
